Exposed film is sent for E-6 processing to be done at
Photo Craft Imaging in Boulder Colorado. The final selected images are then drum scanned at Photo Craft using state of the art equipment and some of the best technicians in the industry. Test prints are generated from the digital files and necessary changes are communicated to the lab which follows those instructions very carefully. After all this is done the lab generates the final prints using the LightJet, a printing device that exposes photographic paper using very accurately focused Red, Green, and Blue lasers. The paper, Fuji Crystal Archive, is then processed in traditional RA-4 chemistry. The lab utilizes the latest state of the art color management practices which maintains some of the tightest quality parameters in the industry. The resulting images are not only consistent from the first to the last but have a life span of 60 to 70 years, archival by industry standards.
